With 2025 wrapped up, we’re thankful for a busy Harvest this year. We made a lot of exciting new connections this year, both with guests and with partners like transportation providers, chefs, and winemakers, which is always something that energizes us and makes us really excited to put together more special experiences in the years to come.

People often think of winter as the “slow season” in Wine Country, but for us it’s “big projects season.” We’ll be updating this space with some of the things we’re working on, from new reading materials to major touring opportunities for our guests. Some of these so far include:

An in-depth look at Malk Family Vineyards in the Stags Leap AVA;

A deep dive into historical winemaking, which explains how the Great Blight brought about contemporary cloning and rootstock practices (what are those, anyway, and do we even need them?);

And answers to some of our most frequently asked questions: what to wear (current trends) and what to wear (for the local weather), and a few pieces on odd wine tasting terms that we’ve noticed befuddle lots of folks.

Stay posted while we scribble away! And please, if you have any questions you’d like answered, check in with us here!

Cheers,
Tay
